介绍了高速铁路轨道板用高强度长材产品的种类及特点、开发过程关键工艺技术。通过合理Mn、Cr、B、Ti优化组合,自主设计了无砟CRTS1型板专用拉杆盘条的化学成分,满足了高铁设计的要求;精炼过程渣面避免采用硅铁粉的扩散脱氧,提高炉渣碱度的工艺,可以提高钢材的洁净度,w(T[O])控制在7×10-6~12×10-6;针对中碳高硅钢脱碳敏感性强的问题,开发了脱碳层控制技术,包括加热炉温度、时间、气氛以及轧后冷却制度的控制,将中碳高硅钢脱碳深度控制在小于1%钢材直径,无全脱碳;利用表层组织强化和析出强化来提高强度,同时轧材心部获得细小的铁素体+珠光体来保证材料的塑性,实现了高铁用精轧螺纹钢筋在高强度基础上的高塑性。
