为了解决姚桥煤矿高应力作用下巷道严重破坏问题,在地应力实测基础上,分析地应力场与巷道变形的关系,提出了注锚加固+锚喷注支护结构解决破碎巷道的方法.采用应力实测与数值模拟计算,科学、经济的确定了支护参数.工程实践表明:基于地应力实测,采用注锚加固为核心的支护结构,有效地解决了复杂应力环境下围岩破碎巷道的支护问题.采用新支护方案,围岩变形得到有效控制,为解决类似工程难题提供了有效途径.
In order to solve the serious problem of roadway under high stress in Yaoqiao coal mine, based on the measurement of ground stress, the relationship between ground stress field and roadway deformation was analyzed, and the method of grouting roadway with anchored anchor + anchor injection was proposed. Stress measurement and numerical simulation calculation, the support parameters are determined scientifically and economically.The engineering practice shows that the support structure with anchor-injection reinforcement as the core is based on in-situ stress measurement, which effectively solves the problem of broken rock roadway in surrounding rock under complicated stress environment Support problems.Using new support program, surrounding rock deformation is effectively controlled, to provide an effective way to solve similar engineering problems.
