目的分析池州市2012—2013年手足口病流行病毒亚型分布。方法采用逆转录PCR(RT-PCR)技术对疑似手足口病的标本进行核酸分型。结果 2012年与2013年手足口病肠道病毒阳性检出率分别为82.50%和50.28%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2012年主要病原为EV 71(36.67%)和Cox A16(29.17%);2013年主要病原为其他肠道病毒(36.87%)。结论 2013年池州市手足口病的病原检出率明显降低,主要病原体2012年以EV 71和Cox A16为主,2013年以其他肠道病毒为主。
Objective To analyze the distribution of epidemic virus subtypes of hand, foot and mouth disease in Chizhou from 2012 to 2013. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to genotype the suspected hand-foot-mouth disease. Results The positive rates of enterovirus in HFMD in 2012 and 2013 were 82.50% and 50.28%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.01). The major pathogens in 2012 were EV 71 (36.67%) and Cox A16 (29.17%). In 2013, the major pathogens were other enteroviruses (36.87%). Conclusion The detection rate of hand-foot-mouth disease in Chizhou City in 2013 was significantly lower. The main pathogens were EV 71 and Cox A16 in 2012, and other enterovirus in 2013.
