本文叙述了在为钢铁工业服务的三十六年中,冶金地质工作发展的概况。全文共分五个部分:第一,叙述队伍的建设和基本素质。第二,统计了花费的地质事业费、探明的矿产储量,并简要地说明各重点矿区的发展情况。第三,说明三十六年来冶金地质科学技术水平不断提高,与建国初期相比,发生了很大的变化。第四,叙述两年来冶金地质工作体制改革,取得了初步成效。第五,总结了六条主要经验教训,即:发展钢铁工业,冶金地质工作要先行;爱认真贯彻执行冶金地质工作方针;要加强地质研究,反复实践,反复认识;要坚持行之有效的“就矿找矿”方法;要遵守地质勘探工作程序;要实行综合找矿、综合评价。最后,对今后进一步发展冶金地质工作提出了几点意见。
This article describes an overview of the development of metallurgical geology work during the 36 years serving the steel industry. The full text divides into five parts altogether: First, narrates the team construction and the basic quality. Second, the cost of geology business fees, proven mineral reserves, and a brief description of the development of key mining areas. Thirdly, it shows that metallurgical and geological science and technology have been improving continuously for thirty-six years. Compared with the early days of the founding of New China, great changes have taken place. Fourthly, it describes the reform of the metallurgical and geological work system in the past two years and has achieved initial success. Fifthly, it summarizes six major experiences and lessons, namely: the development of the steel industry, metallurgy and geological work should be carried out first; love to conscientiously implement the metallurgical and geological work guidelines; to strengthen geological research, repeated practice and repeated understanding; to adhere to the effective “ Ore prospecting ”method; to comply with geological prospecting procedures; to implement comprehensive prospecting, comprehensive evaluation. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for further development of metallurgical and geological work.
