目的 :建立麻石颗粒中几种药味的定性方法和绿原酸的定量方法。 方法:采用薄层色谱法对麻石颗粒中的麻黄、葛根、薄荷进行定性分析 ,同时采用高效液相色谱法对其中的主要成分绿原酸进行定量测定。 结果 :麻石颗粒中麻黄、葛根、薄荷的鉴别结果均为阳性 ,阴性对照无干扰 ;在 11~ 5 5 ng之间绿原酸线性关系良好 (r =0 .9999) ,平均加样回收率为 10 1.5 % ,RSD=1.6 5 %。结论:薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法方法简便 ,结果可靠 ,且重现性好。
Objective : To establish a qualitative method for the determination of several drug odors in granules and a quantification method for chlorogenic acid. Methods: Qualitative analysis of Ephedra, Pueraria, and Peppermint in Granules was performed by thin-layer chromatography. At the same time, the main component chlorogenic acid was quantitatively determined by high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS: The identification results of Ephedra, Pueraria, and Peppermint in the Ma Shi granules were all positive, and the negative control had no interference. The linear relationship between chlorogenic acid was good between 11 and 55 ng (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 10 1.5 %, RSD = 1.6 5 %. Conclusion: TLC and HPLC methods are simple, reliable, and reproducible.
