为探索呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的早期诊断指标,用油酸复制ARDS动物模型。在注射油酸后不同时间,测定肺灌洗液(BALF)和面清中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性。结果发现,BALF中LDH在注射油酸后半小时即增加,达对照组的6.7倍;血清LDH达对照组的2倍;BALF和血清中ALP也有异常变化。实验表明,BALF和血清中LDH升高可作为早期诊断ARDS的指标之一。
To explore the early diagnosis of respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) indicators, animal models of ARDS were replicated with oleic acid. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity in lung lavage fluid (BALF) and noodles were measured at different times after oleic acid injection. The results showed that, LDH in BALF increased half an hour after the injection of oleic acid, up to 6.7 times the control group; serum LDH up to 2 times the control group; BALF and serum ALP also have abnormal changes. Experiments show that elevated serum LDH and BALF can be used as one of the indicators of early diagnosis of ARDS.
