一、引言目前,国内数字多用表自动检定/校准(以下简称“检定”)大多使用Fluke MET/CAL、NI LabVIEW、Agilent VEE等自动化集成软件或自行研究开发的检定程序。这两种方式的检定软件一般是设计成单个品牌专用或者单台仪表专用的全自动检定系统,检定对象局限于具有GPIB接口或RS232接口的可程控数字多用表(DIGITAL MULTIMETER,DMM)。因此,在商业自动化集成软件还未能解决对品牌各异、型号各异的DMM的自动检定,还未能解决对无数字接口的DMM(如手持式DMM)检定的现状下,研究通用的、自动识别技术的自动检定系统,无疑是一种有意义的尝试。
I. INTRODUCTION At present, the automatic verification / calibration (hereinafter referred to as “verification”) of domestic digital multimeter mainly uses the automatic integration software such as Fluke MET / CAL, NI LabVIEW, Agilent VEE or the verification program developed by oneself. These two methods of verification software are generally designed as a single brand-specific or single instrument dedicated automatic verification system, the verification object is limited to GPIB interface or RS232 interface with programmable digital multimeter (DIGITAL MULTIMETER, DMM). Therefore, the commercial automation integration software has not been able to solve the automatic verification of DMMs with different brands and models, and has not been able to solve the problem of the DMM (such as handheld DMM) verification without a digital interface. Therefore, Automatic identification technology, automatic verification system, is undoubtedly a meaningful attempt.
