介绍了带钢板形、设备安装精度及张力控制等影响连续退火机组跑偏的因素,并结合国内某硅钢连退机组,详细说明了单辊比例积分混合纠偏、双辊比例纠偏、双辊比例积分纠偏、APC气动八字辊纠偏的设计原则。通过机组生产实际说明了其适用范围和缺点,并将几种在连退机组设计时常用的自纠偏形式的原理做了详细描述,针对某些实际问题,提出了运用自纠偏方式的解决方案。
This paper introduces the factors that affect the deviation of continuous annealing unit, such as strip shape, equipment installation precision and tension control. Combined with a domestic silicon steel continuous back-aversion unit, the single-roll proportional integral mixing correction, double-roll proportional correction, Correction, APC Pneumatic Roll Correction of the design principles. The actual application of the self-correcting principle in unit design is described in detail. The solution to the problem of some self-correcting methods is proposed for some practical problems.
