Dance, according to the authoritative reference book “Cihai”, is: “A kind of art, expressing people’s thoughts and emotions and reflecting social life by means of human actions through refining, organization and art processing, whose basic elements are Action gesture, rhythm and expression.Dancing is combined with poetry and music and is one of the earliest art forms in the history of humankind. ”(“ Diocesan of the Sea ”, Shanghai Dictionary Press, 1989, p. 234) Dance is “the art of motion”, “the art of emotion”, “the art of space and time,” and so on. Although there are many differences between the above explanations and the definitions, they all have one thing in common that they all recognize that dance is a special kind of art. This particularity is manifested in its time and space, its inner and its body, its vision and imagination, its tradition and its modernity Interaction. Many of these interactions also determine the dance as a “mother of arts.”
