大口径长焦透镜透射波前的精确测量方案设计

大口径长焦透镜是高功率激光系统中必不可少的器件之一,随着装置性能提升,对长焦透镜透射波前包括透射峰谷(PV)值、透射均方根梯度(GRMS)值等,提出了详细的定量技术指标需求。根据长焦透镜焦距特别长的特点,提出了利用准直透镜,大幅缩短长焦透镜检测光路距离干涉检测方法。利用Zemax软件分析了该检测方法的理论误差和调整误差。该检测方法将光路长度由13 m(或33 m),大幅缩短至约5 m,光路受环境温度梯度、气流、震动的影响大幅降低,干涉结果直接显示透射波前畸变。 Large-aperture telephoto lenses are one of the indispensable components in high-power laser systems. As the performance of the device increases, the transmission front of the telephoto lens includes the transmission peak (PV) value, the transmission root mean square gradient (GRMS) value Etc., put forward a detailed quantitative technical index needs. According to the long focal length lens focal length characteristics, the use of collimating lens is proposed to greatly shorten the long focal length lens optical path distance interference detection method. The theoretical error and adjustment error of this method are analyzed by Zemax software. The detection method greatly shortened the optical path length from 13 m (or 33 m) to about 5 m. The optical path was greatly affected by the ambient temperature gradient, air flow and vibration, and the interference result directly showed the transmission wavefront distortion.
