近年来以心理障碍为特征的神经衰弱和精神病在各类高校发病率有逐年上升趋势,已成为高校学生休退学的主要原因之一。大学生的心理卫生问题因具有普遍性和严重性,已受到社会各方的普遍关注。故保证大学生的心理健康是高校医务人员刻不容缓的任务和健康教育的重要课题。我校从1986年至1990年因各类疾病休退学19名,因精神分裂症、躁狂抑郁性精神病退学2例,休学4例,占全部休退学者31.6％。现将我校85届至89届学生所发生的精神病27例调查分析如下:
Neurasthenic and psychiatric disorders characterized by psychological disorders have been increasing year by year in various colleges and universities, and have become one of the major reasons for the graduation of students in colleges and universities. Due to its universality and seriousness, the problem of college students’ mental health has drawn the widespread concern of all sectors of society. Therefore, to ensure the mental health of college students is an urgent task for medical staff in universities and health education an important issue. My school from 1986 to 1990 due to various types of illness dropped out of school 19, schizophrenia, manic depressive psychosis withdrew from school in 2 cases, suspended from school in 4 cases, accounting for 31.6% of all students who quit. My school now 85 to 89 students mental illness occurred in 27 cases investigated and analyzed as follows:
