目的:建立矿物药珍珠粉、玄明粉、炉甘石中主成分元素分析的电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱测定法。方法:样品经微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)分别测定珍珠粉、玄明粉、炉甘石中的钙、钠、锌元素。结果:钙、锌、钠3种元素在0~20 mg·L-1线性关系良好(r为0.999 9~1.000 0),重复性RSD分别为1.4%,1.5%,0.8%;加样回收率分别为105.0%,101.9%,104.5%,测定结果与火焰原子吸收光谱比较,结果一致。结论:该法简便、灵敏、可靠,可较好的应用于矿物药及其复方制剂中的元素测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometric method for the principal component analysis of minerals pearl powder, Xuanming powder and calamine. Methods: After microwave digestion, ICP-OES was used to determine Ca, Na and Zn in pearl powder, Xuanming powder and calamine respectively. Results: The linearity of the three elements of calcium, zinc and sodium was 0 ~ 20 mg · L-1 (r = 0.999 9 ~ 1.000 0), and the repeatability RSD was 1.4%, 1.5% and 0.8% Respectively 105.0%, 101.9% and 104.5%. The results were in good agreement with flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and reliable, and can be applied to the determination of elements in mineral medicine and its compound preparations.
