松木屑代料栽培金耳试验

金耳是一种木腐菌,人工栽培常以阔叶树杂木屑为主。能否寻求一种取材易、成本低,同样获得优质高产的代用料,笔者进行了以松木屑代料栽培金耳的试验,取得理想效果,现将试验方法简报如下:一、材料与方法供试品种采用本所于1993年2月中旬新筛选的“丽金3号”菌株。原料为棉籽壳培养基的菌种,菌龄为48天,瓶内金耳子实体脑状结实,色白新鲜,朵形直径均达5厘米左右。试验配方:①隔年贮存的松木屑78%、麸皮10%、细米糠10%,蔗糖、石膏粉各1%。②阔叶树杂木屑 Golden ear is a kind of wood rot, artificial cultivation often hardwood sawdust-based. Can seek a kind of easy to obtain, low cost, also get high quality and high yield of alternative materials, the author conducted pine gold drupe substitution cultivation experiments, and achieved the desired effect, now the test method is as follows: First, materials and methods The tested cultivars adopted the “Li Jin No.3” strain newly screened by our institute in mid-February 1993. Raw materials for cottonseed shell culture medium strain, bacteria age of 48 days, the bottle of gold-ear fruiting body brain-shaped, fresh white color, flower-shaped diameter of up to 5 cm. Test formula: ① next year stored pine sawdust 78%, 10% bran, rice bran 10%, sucrose, gypsum powder 1%. ② broad-leaved tree mixed wood chips
