总渠管理处4座小水电站建设运行时间较久，普遍存在水轮机效率与出力低，机组运行安全性能差等问题。我处利用国家小水电增效扩容项目机遇，主要以增效为目的，对4座小水电站开展了改造工作，更换主要水轮发电机组设备。
