我教研室从1985年起开展了学生营养工作。主要抓:(1)营养指导;(2)学校午餐试点;(3)贫血与缺铁防治研究。几年来取得的成效效如下: 一、营养指导目前中小学生主要是在家用餐,要改善其营养,必须提高家长和学生本人的营养知识水平,而且为达到2000年人人享有卫生保健的指标,也要提高全民的卫生知识水平。为此,我们认为搞好学生营养的主要措施是进行营养知识的宣传,让家长和学生知道如何改善营养。
