研究了40CrNiMoA钢在激光宽带相变硬化处理各工艺参数对合金显微硬度的影响.实验结果表明:40CrNiMoA激光宽带相变硬化处理搭接量的选择范围为14%~18%,激光宽带相变硬化处理后合金组织明显细化导致表面强化,淬层硬度可达到700HV以上,并且沿激光作用区横向硬度呈明显规律分布;探讨了40CrNiMoA激光宽带相变硬化相应机制.
The effects of various process parameters on the microhardness of 40CrNiMoA steel during laser wideband transformation hardening process were studied.The experimental results show that the selection range of the overlap amount of 40CrNiMoA laser broadband phase change hardening is 14% ~ 18% The microstructure of the 40CrNiMoA laser beam is obviously refined, resulting in the strengthening of the surface. The hardness of the quenched layer can reach over 700HV, and the transverse hardness along the laser action region shows a regular distribution. The corresponding mechanism of 40CrNiMoA laser broadband phase transformation hardening is discussed.
