目的分析多层螺旋CT三维重建诊断肠梗阻的价值。方法应用16层螺旋CT对28例患者进行容积扫描,分别在工作站进行多平面重建(MPR)、CT仿真结肠镜(CTVC)、表面遮盖显示(SSD)、透亮显示(Raysum)等后处理,将其结果与结肠镜和病理结果相对照。结果多层螺旋CT诊断肠梗阻的准确率为100%,病因诊断准确率为96%,包括肠肿瘤18例,肠粘连2例,肠扭转2例,腹外疝3例,胆石3例。结论MPR、CTVC、SSD和Raysum检查机械性肠梗阻各有优缺点,4种后处理技术的结合,更有助于病变的检出与病变的定位、定性。MPR技术应为首选应用的技术。
Objective To analyze the value of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction. Methods Twenty - eight patients underwent volume scanning with 16 - slice spiral CT. Post - processing was performed on the workstation with multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), CT virtual colonoscopy (CTVC), surface covered display (SSD) and Raysum The results were compared with those of colonoscopy and pathology. Results The accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of intestinal obstruction was 100%. The accuracy of etiological diagnosis was 96%. Including intestinal tumor in 18 cases, intestinal adhesion in 2 cases, intestinal torsion in 2 cases, extra-abdominal hernia in 3 cases and gallstone in 3 cases. Conclusion MPR, CTVC, SSD and Raysum have the advantages and disadvantages of mechanical ileus. The combination of four kinds of post-treatment techniques is more helpful for the detection and localization of lesions. MPR technology should be the preferred application of technology.
