就热处理制度对Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Cr-RE合金组织和性能的影响进行了试验研究,并分析了合金组织与性能变化的原因。结果表明:锻后合金在不同温度下退火,显微组织结构不同,性能也有差异,其中在650℃下退火1h能获得较好的综合力学性能。
The effects of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Cr-RE alloy were investigated and the reason for the change of microstructure and properties was analyzed. The results show that the alloy annealed at different temperatures has different microstructure and properties. The annealed alloy at 650 ℃ for 1h can obtain better mechanical properties.
