用甲基化特异性PCR检测34例甲状腺乳头状癌及癌旁组织中钠碘转运体(NIS)基因启动子的甲基化。结果显示癌组织中NIS基因启动子甲基化显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),淋巴结转移组中NIS基因启动子的甲基化显著高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05),提示NIS基因启动子异常甲基化是甲状腺乳头状癌发展过程中常见的分子事件,可能影响了甲状腺乳头状癌细胞的摄碘功能。
The methylation of the promoter of sodium iodide transporter (NIS) gene in 34 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma and its adjacent tissues was detected by methylation - specific PCR. The results showed that methylation of NIS gene promoter in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues (P <0.05). Methylation of NIS gene promoter in lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis (P <0.05) Aberrant methylation of NIS gene promoter is a common molecular event in the development of papillary thyroid carcinoma, which may affect the uptake of iodine by thyroid papillary carcinoma cells.
