阐述研究基于未来敏捷制造模式的虚拟车间调度问题的重要性和必要性。说明了基于互联网并具有多智能体结构的网络信息系统是实现虚拟车间调度的基础。针对由项目驱动的虚拟车间，提出一些尚待研究的问题，内容涉及虚拟车间的项目异地规划、异地作业计划协同编制，以及项目进程异地协同监控等。特别强调了它们与传统的车间作业计划、调度与监控问题的主要差别。指出虚拟车间异地调度的主要问题，并提出建议。
The importance and necessity of studying the problem of virtual shop scheduling based on the future agile manufacturing mode are expounded. The network information system based on internet and multi-agent structure is illustrated to be the foundation of virtual shop scheduling. For the project-driven virtual workshop, some issues to be studied are put forward. The topics include the project planning of the virtual workshop in different places, the collaborative preparation of the non-local operation planning and the collaborative monitoring of the project process in different places. Particular emphasis is placed on the major differences between them and the traditional shop floor operation planning, scheduling and monitoring issues. Point out the main problems dispatched in the virtual workshop and put forward some suggestions.
