目的:建立用双波长双指示剂催化动力学光度法测定痕量银的新方法。方法:在pH4.5的HAc~NaAc缓冲介质中,有活化剂2,2′-联吡啶存在下,利用痕量Ag(I)催化过硫酸钾氧化次甲基绿和中性红褪色的指示反应,通过测量440 nm和660 nm下,催化体系和非催化体系吸光度的变化,用双波长双指示剂催化动力学光度法测定痕量银。结果:测定Ag(I)的线性范围为0.0050~0.050μg/ml,检出限为1.4×10-10g/ml。结论:该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,准确度好,可用于废水中痕量银的测定。
Objective: To establish a new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace silver with dual-wavelength dual-indicator.
