我院１９８４～１９９４年采取手术加大剂量顺铂腹腔化疗配合静脉化疗治疗卵巢癌３６例，总结报道如下。１ 临床资料１．１ 一般资料 ３６例均经手术病理诊断证实，年龄２８～６３岁。卵巢上皮癌２１例，卵巢皮样囊肿恶变５例。Ｉ期１２例，Ⅱ期１０例，Ⅲ期１４例，Ⅳ期２?
In our hospital from 1984 to 1994, we have increased the dose of cisplatin intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with intravenous chemotherapy in the treatment of ovarian cancer in 36 cases, the summary report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information 36 cases were confirmed by surgical pathological diagnosis, age 28 to 63 years old. Epithelial ovarian cancer in 21 cases, ovarian dermoid cyst malignant in 5 cases. There were 12 patients in stage I, 10 in stage II, 14 in stage III, and 2 in stage IV.
