在航空与肮天精密零件(特别是液压精密件)的孔加工中,铰削加工应用普遍,但难度也较大,用肉眼观察或通过圆度仪测定,铰削的孔多数呈多边形,国内对这个重要质量问题的研究、报导尚少。本文主要根据近几年来的有关外文资料,综合介绍多边形的生成原因、测试原理、实验结果、边(角)数计算方法、改善铰孔圆度的途径等。可供从事铰刀科研、设计、制造、使用的同志参考。
