对于海外EPC总承包项目而言,系统分析和识别项目可能面临的工期影响因素,是项目进度管理的基础和重要内容。以越南沿海三期燃煤电站项目为例,从设计、供货、施工管理、业主管理及其他外部因素5个方面,系统分析海外EPC总承包项目执行过程中可能面临的各种工期影响因素,并结合工程实践经验,提出具有针对性的对策建议。
For overseas EPC general contracting projects, the systematic analysis and identification of project impact factors that may be faced by the project are the basis and important contents of project progress management. Taking the project of No.3 offshore coal-fired power plant in Vietnam as an example, this paper analyzes systematically the influencing factors of various durations that may be faced during the implementation of overseas EPC general contracting projects from five aspects of design, supply, construction management, owner management and other external factors, Combined with engineering practice experience, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
