在日本富山大学和汉药综合研究所对葛根汤对食物过敏模型小鼠腹泻的抑制作用作了初步研究。实验以BALB/C小鼠为研究对象,以OVA致敏造模,将小鼠随机分为6组,OVA组、葛根汤100mg组、葛根汤200mg组、葛根汤500mg组、桂枝汤组、黄芪建中汤组。在每次OVA经口给予前1h治疗组各组分别预防性的经口给药,在OVA给予1h后观察各组小鼠腹泻的发生率,以OVA组为对照评价各组药物的效果。研究结果证实,各组方药对食物过敏性腹泻的发生均有不同程度地抑制作用,其中葛根汤500mg组效果最优,明确提示:大剂量的葛根汤对食物过敏动物模型腹泻有显著的抑制作用。可进一步进行机理探讨及临床研究,以探索食物过敏的预防性治疗药。
A preliminary study was conducted on the inhibitory effects of Pueraria decoction on diarrhea in food-allergic model mice in Japan at the University of Toyama and the Institute of Chinese Medicine. Experiments were conducted on BALB/C mice and sensitized with OVA. The mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: OVA group, Pueraria Decoction 100mg group, Pueraria Decoction 200mg group, Pueraria Decoction 500mg group, Guizhi Decoction group, Huang Yu Jianzhong Tang group. Each group in the treatment group was given prophylactically orally 1 hour before each oral administration of OVA, and the incidence of diarrhea in each group was observed after 1 hour of OVA administration. The effect of each group of drugs was evaluated using the OVA group as a control. The results of the study confirmed that the prescriptions of all groups had different degrees of inhibition on the occurrence of food allergic diarrhea. Among them, Pueraria Decoction 500 mg had the best effect. It was clear that large doses of Pueraria Decoction had a significant inhibitory effect on diarrhea in animal models of food allergy. . Mechanism studies and clinical studies can be further conducted to explore preventive medicines for food allergies.
