本文通过对饮水型氟中毒病区、改水病区和非病区三组哺乳期妇女晨起空腹血清氟、尿氟和乳氟含量的调查与三者间相关关系的研究,结果表明:①三组乳氟均值间无显著性差异,三组尿氟均值依次呈现病区组>改水病区组>非病区组,差异均非常显著;病区组和改水病区组血清氟均值均显著高于非病区组,而两者间虽呈现病区组高于改水病区组的趋势,但无明显差异。②三组乳氟与其血清氟和尿氟间均不存在明显相关关系;病区组、非病区组尿氟排泄量伴随血清氟的高低而升降,呈正相关;而改水病区组血清氟与尿氟间相关关系则不明显。
In this paper, we investigated the relationship between fluoride, urinary fluoride and fluoride content in fasting serum of three groups of lactating women with drinking water fluorosis, water-changing and non-diseased areas.
