大鼠口服 SF(600mg/kg)后2小时,以胶原诱导的血小板聚集性及血小板TXA_2样物质的活性均受显著抑制,抑制率分别为46%及47%,对动脉壁PGI_2活性则无明显影响;SF体外给药有桔抗血小板TXA_2样物质活性(0.25~1.0mg/ml)和增细PGI_2活性的作用(0.5mg/ml)。可见SF 通过多种途径影响 TXA_2/PGI_2平衡,对血栓性疾病防治似有裨益。
At 2 h after oral administration of SF (600 mg / kg), collagen-induced platelet aggregation and TXA 2 -like activity of platelets were significantly inhibited with 46% and 47% inhibition rates, respectively, but no significant effect on PGI 2 activity Effect of SF on TXA 2 -like substance (0.25 ~ 1.0 mg / ml) and PGI 2 activity (0.5 mg / ml) in vitro. Shows that SF through a variety of ways affect TXA_2 / PGI_2 balance, prevention and treatment of thrombotic diseases may seem beneficial.
