笔者用量热法研究了阳离子表面活性剂对盐酸蚀铝的缓蚀作用,发现氯代十六烷基吡啶具有良好的缓蚀效果。根据实验数据,应用溶液吸附理论推导出反应数与缓蚀剂浓度之间,缓蚀率与缓蚀剂浓度之间的两个直线方程,从理论上证明了这种缓蚀作用是铝表面吸附氯代十六烷基吡啶的结果,对进一步研究缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理有一定的实际意义。笔者还研究了温度与缓蚀率的关系表明呈直线关系。
The author calorimetric study of the cationic surfactant corrosion inhibition of aluminum chloride hydrochloride found cetyl pyridinium chloride has a good corrosion inhibition. According to the experimental data, two linear equations between the reaction number and the concentration of corrosion inhibitor, the corrosion inhibition ratio and the concentration of corrosion inhibitor are derived from the theory of solution adsorption. It is theoretically proved that the corrosion inhibition is caused by the adsorption of aluminum Chloride hexadecyl pyridine results for further study of corrosion inhibitor corrosion mechanism has some practical significance. The author also studied the relationship between temperature and corrosion inhibition showed a linear relationship.
