目的通过现代实验学方法对疏风宣肺解毒方体内外抗流感病毒的实验观察,探讨疏风宣肺解毒方抗流感病毒的实验依据。方法接种流感病毒FM1株于MDCK细胞(狗肾细胞),观察疏风宣肺解毒方体外抗流感病毒的作用;小鼠鼻腔内接种含流感病毒的鸡胚尿囊液,观察疏风宣肺解毒方对病毒感染小鼠死亡率、存活时间、肺指数和肺病变程度的影响。结果疏风宣肺解毒方中、高剂量组对感染流感病毒MDCK细胞有一定的保护作用;疏风宣肺解毒方中、高剂量组与流感模型组比较,在降低病毒感染小鼠死亡率、延长平均存活天数方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),并能明显改善病毒感染小鼠的肺指数和肺病变程度(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论疏风宣肺解毒方具有良好的抗病毒作用。
Objective To observe the experimental results of anti-influenza virus in vitro and in vivo by Shufeng Xuanfei Jiedu Fang by modern experimental method and to explore the experimental evidence of Shufeng Xuanfei Jiedu Fang anti-influenza virus. Methods The influenza virus FM1 strain was inoculated on MDCK cells (dog kidney cells) to observe the effect of Shufeng Xuanfei Jiedu Fang on the anti-influenza virus in vitro. The mouse nasal cavity was inoculated with chick embryo allantoic fluid containing influenza virus to observe the effect of Shufeng Xuanfei detoxification Fang on virus-infected mice mortality, survival time, lung index and lung lesions. Results Shufeng Xuanfei Jiedu Fang medium and high dose groups of influenza virus MDCK cells infected with a certain degree of protection; Shufeng Xuanfei Jiedu Fang medium and high dose group compared with the flu model in reducing the virus-infected mice mortality, (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and significantly improved the lung index and the degree of pulmonary lesion in mice infected with virus (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Shufeng Xuanfei Jiedu Fang has a good antiviral effect.
