表面微小不规则粗糙体具有一定的润滑效果。本文研究表面状态,通过工艺上的方法,不仅可以使表面粗糙体具有一定的定向规则性,而且这种定向规则性将大大加强表面的流体动力润滑效应。本文指出,磨削加工纹理在与其垂直的方向上,同向性、规则性较好,其截面轮廓可以用正弦曲线来逼近。对于这种逼近,我们给出了计算机采样验证,结果表明逼近是十分合理的。计算了逼近后表面的油膜承载力,对国外一放射状密封表面进行了承载力计算,计算表明,当磨削加工纹理方向与相对运动线速度方向垂直时,密封表面具有较大的油膜承载力,有较好的润滑性。
