本文采用细胞核仁组成区嗜银蛋白技术观察了人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染阳性食管癌蜡块切片2O例,阴性组14例。结果发现HPV感染阳性癌肿细胞核仁组成区嗜银蛋白计数(11.356±1.628,-x±s)明显高于阴性组(5.339±0.796,-x±s),两组差异显著(P<0.05)。该结果说明HPV感染阳性的食管癌细胞的增殖较阴性活跃,HPV感染性癌肿的恶性度较阴性高,预后差,对食管癌的临床治疗有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, nucleolar organizer region of argyrophilic protein technology was used to observe 2O cases of human papillomavirus (HPV) -positive esophageal cancer paraffin section and 14 cases of negative group. The results showed that the counts of argyrophilic proteins in nucleolar organizer regions of HPV-positive cancer cells (11.356 ± 1.628, -x ± s) were significantly higher than those in the negative group (5.339 ± 0.796, -x ± s) Group difference was significant (P <0.05). The results showed that HPV-positive esophageal cancer cells were more active than negative ones. The malignant degree of HPV-infected cancers was more negative and the prognosis was poor, which had some guiding significance for the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer.
