加快中西部地区经济的发展，缩小东部沿海地区与中西部经济欠发达地区经济的发展差距，实现三大地区经济的协调发展，是提高我国经济发展速度和总体经济实力的一项根本措施。本文就我国区域经济发展政策实施战略性调整过程中对中西部地区产生的正、负面影响进行分析，对三大地区尤其是中西部地区的发展问题进行了一些理论和实际的探讨，并就加快中西部地区的发展提出了几点建设性的意见 Accelerating the economic development in the central and western regions, narrowing the economic gap between the eastern coastal areas and the economically underdeveloped central and western regions and realizing the coordinated economic development in the three regions and regions are all fundamental measures for boosting the pace of economic development and overall economic strength in our country.
