本文介绍了铈的发光材料及其应用。Ce~(3+)发光的主要特征是短的萤光寿命、f-d 跃迁的带状发射及发射峰的位置随基质不同。从紫外到可见区变化。对基质中直接配位的阴、阳离子以及阴离子基团的变化对 Ce~(3+)发射峰的影响规律进行了讨论。对 Ce~(3+)的能量转移和敏化作用,铈的发光材料在荧光灯材料,阴极射线激发材料,闪烁体材料和激光材料等方面的应用作了阐述。由此可知铈的发光材料是具有实际意义并有待深入研究的课题。
This article describes the cerium luminescent materials and their applications. The main feature of Ce ~ (3+) emission is its short fluorescence lifetime. The band emission and emission peak positions of f-d transitions vary with substrate. From UV to visible area changes. The influence of the direct, coordinated anion, cation and anion groups on the emission peak of Ce 3+ was discussed. The energy transfer and sensitization of Ce ~ (3+) and the application of cerium luminescent materials in fluorescent lamp materials, cathode ray excitation materials, scintillator materials and laser materials are described. This shows that cerium luminescent material is of practical significance and needs further study.
