在福州地区调查361名健康人群血液中分子物质(MMS)含量,其中血浆组246例,血清组67例,献血员48例。调查结果表明,福州地区健康人群血浆MMS正常值2290±220u/L。男均值2310±200u/L,女均值2260±240u/L。男女各年龄组之间,各年龄组内男女性别之间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。血清组MMS含量2850±250u/L,明显高于同年龄段血浆组MMS含量2360±280u/L(P<0.01),并且血清组男女性别之间也存在着显著性差别(0.05>P>0.01)。表明血清标本测定,存在不稳定、误差大的问题,不宜代替血浆标本。
Blood samples were collected from 361 healthy volunteers in Fuzhou, including 246 plasma samples, 67 serum samples and 48 blood donors. The survey results showed that the normal MMS of healthy people in Fuzhou was 2290 ± 220u / L. The average male was 2310 ± 200u / L and the average female was 2260 ± 240u / L. There was no significant difference between men and women in all age groups and between men and women in all age groups (P> 0.05). The MMS content in serum group was 2850 ± 250u / L, which was significantly higher than that in plasma group at the same age (2360 ± 280u / L, P <0.01), and there was also significant difference between male and female > P> 0.01). Serum samples showed that there is instability, the error of large, should not replace the plasma samples.
