目的:分析长形肉豆蔻中木脂素类成分,为质量评价提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为TC-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-磷酸三乙胺(55∶45),柱温40℃,检测波长270 nm。结果:内消旋二氢愈创木酸在0.286 0~1.716 0μg呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),长形肉豆蔻中内消旋二氢愈创木酸的平均含量为0.833 7 mg.g-1。erythro-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-4-(3,4-methylenedioxy phenyl)-2,3-dimethy lbutan在0.320~1.920μg呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),长形肉豆蔻中erythro-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-4-(3,4-methylenedioxy phenyl)-2,3-dimethy lbutan的平均含量为0.572 4 mg·g-1。结论:高效液相色谱法可以准确的测定长形肉豆蔻中木脂素类成分的含量,方法简单可行。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the components of lignan in longan nutmeg and provide basis for quality evaluation. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. The chromatographic column was TC-C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-phosphoric acid triethylamine (55:45). Results: There was a good linearity (r = 0.999 8) between meso dihydroguonic acid and 0.286 0 ~ 1.716 0μg, and the average content of meso dihydroguaiareus was 0.833 7 mg .g-1. erythro-1- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -4- (3,4-methylenedioxy phenyl) -2,3-dimethy lbutan showed a good linearity (r = 0.999 8) The average content of erythro-1- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -4- (3,4-methylenedioxy phenyl) -2,3-dimethy lbutan in nutmeg was 0.572 4 mg · g -1. Conclusion: HPLC method can accurately determine the content of lignans in longan nutmeg, the method is simple and feasible.
