不同pH丁卡因溶液抑制离体坐骨神经动作电位和对家兔鼻粘膜、角膜的麻醉作用。pH7.4和4.8丁卡因溶液抑制离体坐骨神经动作电位IC50分别为0.34mg/ml和0.67mg/ml。对鼻粘膜麻醉作用ED50分别为0.39±0.03mg和1.1±0.15mg。对角膜麻醉作用ED50分别为0.45±0.05mg和1.2±0.18mg。上述三种实验均有非常显著差别。无论pH7.4还是4.8丁卡因溶液鼻粘膜给药1/5LD50后60min内血压、呼吸和心率均无显著影响
Different pH tetracaine solutions inhibit the action potentials of isolated sciatic nerve and the anesthetic effects on nasal mucosa and cornea in rabbits. The IC50 of isolated scylla nerve with pH 7.4 and 4.8 tetracaine solutions were 0.34 mg / ml and 0.67 mg / ml, respectively. The ED50 for nasal mucosal anesthesia was 0.39 ± 0.03 mg and 1.1 ± 0.15 mg, respectively. The ED50 for corneal anesthesia was 0.45 ± 0.05 mg and 1.2 ± 0.18 mg, respectively. The above three experiments have very significant differences. No significant effect on blood pressure, respiration, and heart rate within 60 minutes after nasal mucosal administration of 1 / 5LD50 at pH 7.4 or 4.8 tetracaine solution
