轴承成品油封的防銹性能,是轴承出厂质量的重要项目之一,过去我厂用的四槽热油封是40年代水平的苏联老工艺,几年来的实践证明,这种油封方法主要有如下一些缺点。 1.第一槽用油酸钠溶液,其清洗及置换性能不强,而且它的水份会被带到下工序的槽中。 2.锭子油加热到105℃除水,易使油液老化,水珠会集于槽底,很难蒸发干净。 3.工业凡士林防銹有效期不长(过去只保证六个月,现要求超过一年)。 4.由于是热油封方法,因此冷却包装周期长,占用生产面积大。 由上述可见,这种落后的工艺方法,显然与当前提高产品质量的要求是不相适应的。从1964年下半年起,我厂逐步推行目前国内较好的204-1冷油封的工艺方法。但新
