在工矿企业节电措施中,利用“补偿电容器”来减少无功电流,提高用电功率因数,是一项切实可行的措施。我厂是船舶修造厂,由于生产设备中电焊机、感应电动机数量大,而且这些设备的轻载、空载时间多,所以用电功率因数较低(平均在0.6以下)。为提高用电功率因数,我厂试制成功了一台“无触点式功率因数自动补偿装置”,自一九七八年元月投入运行以来,功率因数由平均0.52提高到0.9左右,达到了较好的节电效果。在同样开工生产的情况下,由供电线路
Energy-saving measures in industrial and mining enterprises, the use of “compensation capacitor” to reduce the reactive current, improve power factor, is a feasible measure.
