针对某装载机液压分配阀进油钢管出现的疲劳失效问题,对其进行受力分析。通过加载标定试验,采用应变片搭桥方式,建立液压分配阀进油钢管载荷测量试验力学模型,并对标定试验数据进行回归分析及有限元模拟计算,得到液压分配阀进油钢管载荷输入和应变桥路输出关系方程。通过载荷标定方程反推获得进油钢管在实际工作过程中的载荷-时间历程,为装载机液压分配阀进油钢管的有限元分析及优化设计提供重要的真实数据。
Aiming at the fatigue failure problem of the oil inlet pipe of a hydraulic distribution valve of a loader, the force analysis was carried out. By loading the calibration test and adopting the strain gage bridging method, the mechanical model of the hydraulic distribution valve inlet pipe load test was established, and the calibration test data were analyzed by regression analysis and finite element simulation to get the hydraulic distribution valve inlet pipe load input and strain bridge Road output relational equation. The load-time history of oil-filled steel pipe in actual working process is obtained by back-calculation of load calibration equation, which provides important real data for the finite element analysis and optimization design of oil-filled steel pipe of loader hydraulic distribution valve.
