本研究观察了 5 32 .0 nm、6 32 .8nm、6 5 0 .0 nm 3种波长低强度激光血管内照射 (IL L L I)对脑梗塞患者血浆血小板颗粒膜蛋白 - 140 (GMP- 140 )、血清铜 -锌超氧化物歧化酶 (Cu- Zn SOD)、血浆内皮素(ET1 )的影响。结果表明 :每天照射 1h,强度为 1.72× 10 4J/ cm2 ,3种波长 IL L L I对抑制血小板活化无明显作用 ;但均可明显升高血清 Cu- Zn SOD含量 ,其中 5 32 .0 nm效果更为显著 ;均可显著降低血浆 ET1 含量 ,且 3种波长疗效无显著差异
