经济适用住房(含集资建房)按揭业务是银行个人信贷工作的一项重要内容,目前尚无系统的规范。从经济适用住房与普通商品房的差异入手,解析经济适用住房按揭风险,提出防范和控制风险的对策。
Affordable housing (including fund-raising housing) mortgage business is an important part of the bank’s personal credit work, there is no systematic norms. Starting from the difference between affordable housing and ordinary commercial housing, this paper analyzes the mortgage risk of affordable housing and puts forward countermeasures to prevent and control risks.
