目的:建立检测石榴汁中鞣花酸的含量测定方法。方法;采用高效液相色谱法,ArcusEP-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%TFA为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长254nm。结果:鞣花酸0.004~0.064μg之间线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.32%。结论:方法精密可靠,可作为检测石榴汁中鞣花酸含量的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ellagic acid in pomegranate juice. Method: The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of methanol-0.1% TFA at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min on a ArcusEP-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a detection wavelength of 254 nm. Results: The ellagic acid had a good linearity between 0.004 and 0.064 μg with an average recovery of 99.32%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable and can be used as a method to detect ellagic acid in pomegranate juice.
