研究了乙醇/水溶液中魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)溶胶的流变曲线和透光率与乙醇浓度(c乙醇)的相关性,运用原子力显微镜观察了KGM分子链的微观形貌。结果显示:溶胶流变特性与c乙醇存在明显的依赖关系,c乙醇=11%时产生突变;透光率随c乙醇增加而减小;分散的KGM分子链在乙醇作用下发生了缠结。同时表征了KGM膜的结构和性能,结果表明随c乙醇增加,KGM膜的局部有序层叠排列明显,结晶度逐渐提高,透光率和吸水率降低。
The rheological curves of KGM sol and the correlation between light transmittance and ethanol concentration (c ethanol) were studied in ethanol / water solution. The microscopic morphology of KGM molecular chain was observed by atomic force microscopy. The results showed that the rheological properties of the sol had a significant dependency on c-ethanol, with a mutation at c = 11%; the light transmittance decreased as c-ethanol increased; and the dispersed KGM chains tangled with ethanol. The structure and properties of KGM membrane were also characterized. The results showed that with the increase of c ethanol, the local ordered lamination arrangement of KGM membrane was obvious, the crystallinity gradually increased, and the light transmittance and water absorption decreased.
