针对较大直径铝管在连续挤压过程中难成形的问题,基于任意拉格朗日-欧拉算法的HyperXtrude有限元软件对采用不同高度阻流环的模具成形过程进行了数值模拟,获得了最合理的阻流环高度。通过观察和分析模拟结果中金属的流动规律以及出口流速均方差、温度变化以及焊合室压力等参数,得到该管材的成形性能。结果表明,当阻流环高度5 mm和阻流角半径31.8mm时金属的流动均匀性最好。
Aiming at the problem of difficult forming of larger diameter aluminum tube during continuous extrusion, HyperXtrude finite element software based on arbitrary Lagrange-Eulerian algorithm was used to simulate the forming process of the molds with different height baffle loops. The most reasonable blocking ring height. Through the observation and analysis of the metal flow in the simulation results and the outlet square root mean square error of variance, temperature changes and the pressure of the welding chamber and other parameters, get the tube forming performance. The results show that the metal flow uniformity is the best when the height of choke ring is 5 mm and the radius of choke angle is 31.8 mm.
