采用化学氧化法在金属Ti表面制备出了多孔纳米TiO2,通过离子束溅射在TiO2表面沉积纳米Ag,最终在Ti表面制备出Ag/TiO2纳米复合材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM),电子探针(EPMA)等分析手段分析了500℃热处理条件下,不同Ag含量对TiO2晶型转变的影响及结构变化。同时,采用细菌生长的抑菌圈法进行测试,研究了Ag/TiO2纳米复合材料对不同菌种的抗菌性能的影响。结果表明:通过化学氧化法和离子束溅射相结合的方法可以得到具有优异抗菌性能的Ag/TiO2纳米复合材料。
Porous nano-TiO2 was prepared on the surface of metal Ti by chemical oxidation. Ag nano-Ag was deposited on the surface of TiO2 by ion beam sputtering. Finally, Ag / TiO2 nano-composite was prepared on Ti surface. The effects of different Ag contents on the crystal transition of TiO2 were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) At the same time, the bacteriostatic zone method of bacterial growth was used to test the effect of Ag / TiO2 nanocomposites on the antibacterial properties of different strains. The results show that Ag / TiO2 nanocomposites with excellent antibacterial properties can be obtained by a combination of chemical oxidation and ion beam sputtering.
