防卫基因在植物抗病分子生物学的的研究中起到重要的作用。本文综述了抗病相关基因eds1、atr/nrc1、ahl19在防卫病原微生物入侵时的机理及在信号通路中的作用。EDS1是依赖水杨酸的抗性途径TIR-NB-LRR类R蛋白防御中的一个必需的基本元件;AHL19是防卫病原菌入侵时是一个关键的调控元件,防卫病原菌入侵的信号通路还有待探索;NRC1是HR关联的细胞程序性死亡的抗性蛋白Cf-9、Pto和Rx途径中的必需因子。这些基因的研究有助于植物抗病分子育种研究,尤其是针对缺少抗原的重大病害(如棉花黄萎病)提供了获得转基因新品种的可能性。
Defense genes play an important role in the research of plant disease resistance molecular biology. This review summarizes the mechanisms and their roles in the signal pathways of defense-associated genes eds1, atr / nrc1 and ahl19 in defense of pathogenic microorganisms. EDS1 is an essential basic element in the defense against salicylic acid (TIR-NB-LRR) R protein defense. AHL19 is a key regulatory element for defense against pathogen invasion. The pathways to prevent pathogen invasion remain to be explored. NRC1 is an essential factor in the Cf-9, Pto and Rx pathways of HR-associated apoptosis-resistant proteins. The research of these genes is helpful to plant disease-resistant molecular breeding research, especially for the lack of antigenic major diseases such as cotton verticillium wilt.
