对珊瑚状珊瑚球菌 Corallococcus coralloides Cc9736的发酵产物中的抗肿瘤活性组分 Cc C进行了纯化分析 ,依次通过 3次 TL C、Sephadex L H- 2 0分子筛柱层析和 Hyper ODS2 C1 8反相高效液相色谱 ,最终获得了纯化的 Cc C组分 10 mg左右。对纯化组分 Cc C分析了抑菌和抗肿瘤细胞活性。Cc C组分对 He L a和L 92 9的 ID5 0 分别为 19.13和 18.2 9μg/ L。
The anti-tumor active component Cc C in the fermentation product of Corallococcus coralloides Cc9736 was purified and analyzed by 3 TLC, Sephadex LH-20 molecular sieve column chromatography and Hyper ODS2 C18 reversed-phase high-efficiency. Liquid chromatography, finally obtained about 10 mg of purified Cc C component. The purified fraction CcC was analyzed for bacteriostatic and anti-tumor cell activity. The ID 50 of the Cc C component to He L a and L 92 9 were 19.13 and 18.2 9 μg/L, respectively.
