As a basis for the metabolism and pharmacodynamics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), gene expression, regulation and modification play an important role in the study of multi-component, multi-link and multi-target in vivo metabolism, which is helpful for the metabolism process and target Breakthroughs have been made in the study of molecular and molecular mechanisms. As a super organism, 1% of the genes are inherited from their parents. The remaining 99% of the genes come from various parts of the human body, mainly from the gut microbiota, ie, the human own genome and the “second genome” Genetic and “environment ” perspective on the body metabolism of Chinese medicine. In this paper, the typical case studies as a clue to explore the Chinese medicine in vivo metabolic genome-related research, including Chinese medicine genome and gut macrogenome, as well as based on the (macro) genome individual differences triggered by individualized medical.
