实现农业的第二次飞跃,走具有中国特色的农业现代化道路,需要引导土地经营权规范有序流转,积极发展多种形式适度规模经营,提高农民组织化程度。经过多年的磨练,供销合作社与农民的联系越来越紧密。同时,自身的实力也不断增强。在新常态下,如何促进“三农”健康持续发展,政府需要一个抓手,而供销合作社与“三农”的天然联系,让其具有了独特的优势。因此,转变观念、放下包袱、改革创新,供销合作社发展正当其时。
To realize the second leap in agriculture and follow the path of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, we must guide the orderly circulation of land management rights and actively develop various forms of moderate-scale management so as to enhance the degree of farmers’ organization.
