本文在对■7种消声器做了静态声学性能试验、发动机台架试验及整车车外噪声试验的基础上,对降低重型汽车车外噪声的措施以及重型汽车排气消声器的类型、特点、设计、试验进行了探讨,并得出以下结论: (1) 改进消声器,提高消声性能,是一种比较经济而有效的措施; (2) 重型汽车排气消声器以阻抗复合式为好; (3) 选择和设计消声器时要考虑发动机排气噪声的特点; (4) 车辆在停车状态下的车外最大噪声值是一个很有用的参数。最后,对CQ261型汽车排气消声器提出了改进意见。
